DMD Model Challenge 26 - Ears on Fleek

My latest entry for Doll-Makers-Domain's model challenge. For this one, we were each assigned a stylish pair of Mickey Mouse ears and asked to create an outfit inspired by it. A lot of them are based on various Disney movies, and our assignments were based on answers we gave for a survey (which I honestly don't remember taking). Corey got these Rapunzel-inspired ears:s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/o…. Basically, I gave her a Rapunzel-inspired look. I created my version of Rapunzel's purple dress, with a shimmery effect on the skirt. I also gave her a Rapunzel braid with flowers woven in it and put a crown on her head. Melissa got these Pirates of the Caribbean-inspired ears: s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/o…. Other than trying to create a pirate-inspired dress, using the beaded detail as a border on the hem of the skirt, and putting a medallion around her neck, I didn't really know what to do with her. It's a shame, as these ears are really cool. They look simple to make, but they're really not. I just did my best with this one, and I'm not real happy with it.
